Privacy policy

This policy covers visitors and customers in the United States and Canada. Visitors in Mexico and Colombia: our Spanish aviso de privacidad applies to you as well (euromexa.com/es/legal/aviso-de-privacidad).

WHO WE ARE. Vaulte Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as EUROMEXA, is responsible for the personal information described here. Address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Privacy contact: info@euromexa.com, +1 970 742 6221.

WHAT WE COLLECT. (a) What you give us in the request form or by email: name, company, role, email, phone or WhatsApp, country, state or province and delivery city; the service you ask for and the technical details (part number, brand, model, quantity, urgency and your description); and, for an order, billing and delivery details. (b) Files you attach: nameplate photos, datasheets or drawings. Please do not attach identity documents. (c) Your consent to this policy, with the date and language it was given. (d) Business contact details published by your company or in public sources (company websites, public tenders, business registers), with the source and the date. (e) A one-way hash of your IP address when you send a form — not the address itself. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

WHY WE USE IT. To answer your request; to search for, quote and supply what you asked for; to handle payment, invoicing, shipping and the product information your customs broker needs; to meet legal duties, including tax, export-control and sanctions screening; and to keep a do-not-contact list so we never write to you again if you ask. Where we contact a business that has not written to us first, we check the rule for that country and channel first, every message identifies us and our address, and every message carries an opt-out that we honor immediately.

WHO SEES IT. Our own staff, and service providers that process it on our behalf: Google (business email), Supabase (database and file storage, hosted in the European Union; attachments are kept in private storage with no public links), Vercel (website hosting) and, when used, email-address verification services (MyEmailVerifier, Reoon). Beyond that, only the people working on your specific order — suppliers, inspectors, repair and machine shops, carriers, customs brokers and contractors — receive the minimum each needs, and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

WHERE IT IS STORED. Our database and file storage are in the European Union, and our providers may process data in the United States. By using our services you understand your information may be processed outside your province, state or country. Hosting location is not by itself a statement of regulatory compliance, and we do not present it as one.

HOW LONG. Requests, files and correspondence are kept while there is a live commercial relationship and for the period our tax and records obligations require. The do-not-contact list is kept indefinitely so that it can be honored.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can withdraw consent or opt out of commercial email at any time (the unsubscribe link in every email, or info@euromexa.com). Residents of Canada have rights of access and correction under PIPEDA and provincial law; residents of US states with privacy laws have the rights those laws give them. We will not treat you differently for exercising them. We reply within 30 days and confirm deletions in writing.

SECURITY. Access is limited to the people who need it, data is encrypted in transit, files are kept in private storage, and our audit log cannot be edited or deleted.

COOKIES. The public website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies; see the cookies page.

CHANGES. Any change is published on this page with its date. If we ever use your information for a new purpose, we will tell you first.
