Where we're most useful
When a part is genuinely hard to find, when it has been discontinued and compatibility needs establishing, or when a line is down and time matters. For a common part your local distributor carries, we will tell you if they are the faster route.
If the part no longer exists
We can have it made from the original part or the drawing by a qualified machine shop, or repaired by a specialist repair shop.
What we exclude
- Safety-critical components, at least initially
- Anything of questionable provenance, or where counterfeiting is a known risk
- Export-controlled items where the position is unclear
- Parts whose suitability for your application cannot be verified
Can't find what you need?
Send us the part number, a nameplate photo or a datasheet — or describe the machine — and we'll source it for you. Partial information is fine.
