Before you send a request
Plain answers about price, payment, import, inspection and delivery.
- What do you actually do?
- You send the exact part you need — manufacturer, part number, revision, quantity — or the machine and the job it has to do. We search Europe, Asia and the US, verify what we find, and give you one clear price to your border or your plant.
- How fast do you reply?
- Within 48 to 96 hours, depending on what we are quoting. A part with a part number is usually faster than a used machine. If information is missing, we ask for it first.
- Do you hold stock?
- No. We do not buy parts or machines speculatively. Everything we quote is sourced against your requirement.
- Does it cost anything to ask?
- No. Sending a request and receiving a reply is free. Nothing is chargeable until a quotation has been accepted in writing.
- How is the price built?
- One clear price to your border or your plant. The quotation states what it includes and excludes. Import duties and taxes are shown separately as an estimate, because they depend on the tariff classification and the country.
- Who imports the goods?
- You are the importer of record. We connect you with licensed customs brokers and give them the product information they need.
- How does payment work?
- Terms are agreed in the quotation. We work on FCA, CIP or DAP trade terms, and the supplier is verified before you pay. Bank details are confirmed by phone and never changed by email — if you receive an email asking you to pay a different account, it is not from us.
- Is the machine reserved once I have a quotation?
- Not until it is paid for. Used machinery can be sold at any time, so every quotation states the date availability was last confirmed, and how long the price stands.
- Will the machine be inspected?
- On request, a partner inspector examines it where it stands before purchase and you receive the report, photos and video. If it fails, we tell you and look for another.
- Who handles shipping, customs and installation?
- We coordinate shipment. Customs is handled by a licensed customs broker, with you as importer of record. Installation and commissioning are done by qualified local contractors who contract with you directly.
- What warranty do I get?
- Whatever the quotation states for that part or machine — it varies with age and condition. We do not promise condition, hours or compatibility beyond the evidence we show you.
- Who am I contracting with?
- Vaulte Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as EUROMEXA. It sells, contracts and invoices.
- What happens to my information?
- We use it to answer your request and nothing else. We do not sell it or add you to a mailing list. The privacy policy has the detail.
Can't find what you need?
Send us the part number, a nameplate photo or a datasheet — or describe the machine — and we'll source it for you. Partial information is fine.
