Terms

These terms govern this website and any EUROMEXA service engaged through it, unless a signed agreement says otherwise. Where you and Vaulte Media LLC have signed a proposal, statement of work or service contract, that document governs the engagement it covers and prevails wherever the two differ.

WHO YOU CONTRACT WITH. Vaulte Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as EUROMEXA. EUROMEXA is a trade name (DBA) and not a separate legal entity. Vaulte Media LLC sells, contracts and invoices directly.

NOTHING HERE IS AN OFFER. Information on this website is not an offer capable of acceptance. A sale begins when a quotation is accepted in writing within its stated validity.

WHAT A QUOTATION STATES. Specification and condition, currency, validity period, when availability was last verified, the trade term (FCA, CIP or DAP), the delivery point at your border or your plant, estimated import duties shown separately, the basis of any delivery estimate, warranty and returns, inspection and acceptance terms, payment terms and the exclusions. Figures marked as estimates are estimates.

IMPORT. You are the importer of record. We can connect you with licensed customs brokers and give them the product information they need. Import duties and taxes are yours and are shown separately in the quotation.

AVAILABILITY AND CONDITION. Parts and used machinery are offered subject to availability and to inspection. We verify what we reasonably can and state what we could not verify. We do not warrant condition, compatibility, hours or provenance beyond the evidence we have presented to you.

PAYMENT. Payment terms are those stated in the quotation. The supplier is verified before you pay. Bank details are confirmed by telephone before any transfer and are never changed by email.

THIRD-PARTY WORK. Inspection is done by partner inspectors; replacement manufacturing and repair by qualified shops. Relocation, installation and commissioning in your country are done by local contractors who contract with you directly, and customs by a licensed customs broker. We tell you who each one is and what they are responsible for.

LIMITS. We exclude safety-critical components, goods of unclear provenance, unclear export-controlled items, and anything whose suitability cannot be verified.
