How EUROMEXA verifies parts and proposed substitutes

A listing is not a part. Before we quote, we ask for evidence that a specific item exists, what it is, and what condition it is in — and we tell you what could not be verified.

What we check before quoting

CheckEvidence we ask for
IdentityPhotos of the actual item's label matching the full part number and revision
Existence nowA dated confirmation for this request — an old listing is not enough
ConditionStated condition (new, used, refurbished) with photos; test evidence where it exists
Free to sellConfirmation that the item can be sold and exported to your destination
TermsWarranty and return terms, where offered

Substitutes and alternatives

A substitute is proposed only with documentation: a manufacturer-named successor, or datasheets showing the specifications that matter for your use. Electrical, mechanical, firmware and safety compatibility are never assumed. You decide.

What we exclude

  • Safety-critical components, at least initially
  • Items of unclear provenance, or where counterfeits are a known risk
  • Export-controlled items where the position is unclear

What EUROMEXA does — and does not do

We doWe do not
Search for the part internationally against the exact part number and revisionHold our own stock of parts
Ask for dated evidence that a specific item exists and what condition it is inRepair or recondition parts in our own workshop (repairs go to specialist repair shops)
Explain the difference between an exact match, a confirmed replacement and an alternativeClaim to be an authorised distributor of any manufacturer
Quote one clear price to your border or your plant, with estimated import duties shown separatelyPromise availability or a delivery date before it is confirmed for your order
Tell you when we cannot find it, or when a local distributor is the faster routeSupply safety-critical components, at least initially

Questions and answers

What happens if evidence cannot be obtained?
We say so in the quotation, or we do not quote the item. Gaps are stated, not hidden.
How fresh does stock evidence have to be?
It must be dated and recent enough for the order in question; an old catalogue entry does not count as confirmation.

Can't find what you need?

Send us the part number, a nameplate photo or a datasheet — or describe the machine — and we'll source it for you. Partial information is fine.
