Emergency industrial parts sourcing

When a machine is stopped for a missing part, the fastest route is a complete request. Here is what we need, what we check, and what we will tell you plainly.

Requests we accept

Spare parts for industrial automation, electrical, drive, control and mechanical systems from any manufacturer — including parts that are no longer produced. Whether a particular part can be sourced is established per request; we do not keep a stock list.

  • PLCs, I/O modules and communication cards
  • Drives, servo amplifiers and motors
  • HMIs and operator panels
  • Power supplies, control boards and sensors
  • Mechanical and fluid-power components identified by a manufacturer part number

What to send with the request

InformationWhy it matters
Manufacturer and full part number, including suffixes and revisionA one-character difference can be a different voltage, firmware or mounting
A photo of the nameplate or labelOften more reliable than a typed number — and shows the revision
QuantitySome items exist as single units only
Destination country and delivery address type (plant, warehouse)Decides the route, import formalities and what can be quoted
The date you need it by, and whether a line is stoppedChanges which options are worth pursuing
Whether an alternative would be acceptable, and who approves itAn alternative is only proposed with evidence and your agreement
What it fits (machine, system, controller)Helps confirm compatibility and identify replacements

How urgency and destination change the search

Urgency decides how many options are worth checking before we come back to you: for a stopped line we report the first credible, evidenced option rather than waiting to compare every source. Destination decides transport and import formalities — a part shipped from Europe or Asia into Mexico, the USA or Canada needs different paperwork from one moving within North America, and some items need export or end-use checks before they can move at all.

We will not quote a delivery date we have not confirmed for your specific order.

What happens after you send it

  • You receive a reference immediately.
  • A person reads the request; if something essential is missing we ask for it first.
  • We search for the exact part and ask for dated evidence of the item and its condition.
  • You receive a written quotation with one clear price to your border or your plant, estimated import duties shown separately, and what is confirmed and what is not.
  • Nothing is ordered or charged until you accept the quotation. You remain the importer of record; we can connect you with licensed customs brokers.

What EUROMEXA does — and does not do

We doWe do not
Search for the part internationally against the exact part number and revisionHold our own stock of parts
Ask for dated evidence that a specific item exists and what condition it is inRepair or recondition parts in our own workshop (repairs go to specialist repair shops)
Explain the difference between an exact match, a confirmed replacement and an alternativeClaim to be an authorised distributor of any manufacturer
Quote one clear price to your border or your plant, with estimated import duties shown separatelyPromise availability or a delivery date before it is confirmed for your order
Tell you when we cannot find it, or when a local distributor is the faster routeSupply safety-critical components, at least initially

Questions and answers

Can you guarantee a delivery time for an emergency part?
No. We state a delivery date only once it is confirmed for your order. Before that, we tell you what is known and what is still being checked.
Do you have the part in stock?
We do not hold stock. We locate the part for your request and quote it once its existence and condition are evidenced.
What if you cannot find it?
We tell you, and say what we tried. If a local distributor is likely to be faster for a common part, we say that too.

Can't find what you need?

Send us the part number, a nameplate photo or a datasheet — or describe the machine — and we'll source it for you. Partial information is fine.
